Radchenko Sergey was born in Gomel in 1979.
In 1995 he graduated from children's art school ¹1 and enrolled in the Gomel Art School named after Glebov. He also studied at the Minsk Academy of Fine Arts in the department of painting.
In 1998 Sergey Radchenko won the Grand Prix at the contest of professional skills among young artists in Minsk. Being a student of Gomel Art School, he was a Presidential Scholar.
In 2003 he was awarded with the Medal of the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
His first personal exhibition was held in 1998 and consisted of 210 works.
His works were exhibited in Moscow galleries "Pan-Dan", "Papa Carlo", "Soyuz Tvorchestvo", at the Museum of Belarusian Cinema and in Troickoye suburb in Minsk. His pictures are in the private collections of Nikita Mikhalkov, Svetlana Druzhinina, George Danelia, Eduard Topol and other famous people from Russia, Belarus, England, Germany and Italy.
